A Note from our Founder

         Online Therapy

Life Support offers you the opportunity to receive therapy by telephone, cell phone, online chat, and video-conferencing from the convenience of your home, your car, or wherever you are.

For video-conferencing all you need is a camera and internet access. Your cell phone, your laptop, or your desktop computer will give you access to our user friendly video-conferencing platform.

Online therapy makes mental health care more accessible. Now people with limited mobility, people without transportation, and people who live in rural areas with minimal mental health care options can all receive the help that they need.

Online therapy also allows some level of anonymity and brings support to people who would ordinarily be reluctant to seek treatment because of the perceived stigma associated with receiving mental health care.
